The Popular Show Season Four Reveals the Soldiers Party

From the very beginning of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept fans guessing with deep backstory, a wide array of characters, and a exciting storyline including celestial beings, demons, and dark forces expanding in strength within the urban setting.

Note: Revealing details for Episode 3 of this adventure follow below.

The Warrior Group Introduced

The third episode concluded with a major cliffhanger and presented the first table of adventurers who will branch out from the primary party to undertake their own adventure, separate from the remaining groups.

The combat-focused team consists of the determined fighter (brought to life by the voice actor), Thimble (the talented performer), Tyranny (Whitney), Wicander Halovar (Sam), and the mysterious adventurer (the actor).

Why Split the Party?

Considering a large ensemble, it was evident from the beginning that having everyone at a single group would be unworkable.

This explains, the initial installments of this story serve as an Overture, weaving together the individual narratives before dividing into three distinct groups: Warriors, Planners, and Seekers.

The Nature of the Combat Party

Per the Dungeon Master, the warrior group is for participants who prefer a typically action-packed battle-oriented story mode where peaceful solutions are scarce.

At first glance, figures such as the hesitant healer Wicander Halovar might look unsuited, but the developments of the latest installment make it clear why these specific adventurers are best suited for the warrior group.

Motivations for Departure

To begin with, the party knows exactly where to head next after a intense opening clash with the antagonists.

Casimir of Thjazi Fang—whose death initiated the story’s plot—manipulated The Crow Keepers for his personal gain, invading the secret base, assaulting Thimble, and taking all the powerful objects to auction.

The traitor then paid off his debts and fled to a Halovar stronghouse in Gormalay, Timmony, above the urban center, with Cyd pursuing him.

Character Drivers

Moreover, each character has a individual motive to leave the city the urban setting:

  • The rogue, as the close ally and best friend, desires vengeance.
  • The adventurer is familiar with the northern area and cautions that it is a hostile location.
  • Tyranny and The healer, having resisted his relatives’ demands to eliminate Teor and instead freed him, have no other options.
  • But, their position as prominent individuals in the influential clan could assist the party access areas they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Moreover, The fighter pledged a life debt to The cleric for his deliverance and will now go with him wherever.

Fugitives

Lastly, all of them are sought by the powers that control Dol-Makjar for a variety of reasons, making lingering locally too risky:

  • The rogue and The hero are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The strong figure and Wicander turned against the powerful family and the horde of evil beings they are partnered with.
  • The fighter is marked for death by House Halovar.

This leaves them few options but to travel to the northern region in search of the antagonist.

What’s Next?

Based on episode three’s Cooldown, we discover that the warrior group will not appear next week, leaving the other eight cast members to form the Seekers and Strategists parties.

Fans can anticipate discovering which characters will be where in the season’s final introductory chapter, streaming live on October 24.
